How is a “RES Verified” listing different from any other “verified” badge online?
Most “verified” badges just mean someone confirmed the seller’s identity or that the listing photos are real. A RES Verified listing means the legal documents — title chain, encumbrance certificate, RERA status, approvals — have already been scanned by AI and independently reviewed by two separate advocates, before the listing ever reaches you.
What does “Two Independent Advocates” mean?
It means two separate, verified real estate advocates review the same property documents independently — without seeing each other’s opinions. If both agree, you get confidence.
