AI-Assisted Services

Uploaded property documents are analyzed solely for the services requested by the user. AI-generated observations are provided for educational and informational purposes only, should be independently verified, and do not constitute legal advice or a substitute for professional legal review.

Cross-Border Data Governance

RealEstateSmartly Academy operates under Indian law. If a user outside India chooses to access our Services or submit Personal Data, that user understands and agrees that such data may be governed by Indian legal and regulatory requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and enforcement of agreements.

When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it as appropriate.

Document Vault: Property documents voluntarily saved to your secure Document Vault are retained based on the following schedule:

• Free users: Documents are automatically deleted 6 months from the date of upload.

• Subscribed users: Documents remain accessible throughout your active subscription period. Upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription, documents will be removed after a grace period of 30 days.

• Account closure: All documents stored in your Document Vault are automatically and permanently deleted when you close your account.

We recommend downloading or backing up any important documents before your storage period ends, as we cannot recover data once deleted.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your Personal Data

• Request correction or updating of inaccurate information

• Withdraw consent for optional processing

• Request deletion or erasure, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements
