RealEstateSmartly serves homebuyers, investors, and learners including NRIs and users located outside India. If you access our Services from outside India, you understand that your information may be collected, processed, and stored in India.

- NRI and international users consent to processing and storage of relevant data in India by using our Services
- Property-related inputs, document references, and course interactions may be processed on systems located in India or through service providers engaged by us
- Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive or unnecessary identity, banking, or immigration records unless clearly requested for a defined purpose
