“RES Verified” means the property has gone through our 5-step verification process before being listed: (1) AI scans all legal documents, (2) Advocate 1 reviews independently, (3) Advocate 2 reviews independently, (4) Title-chain, EC, RERA & approvals verified, (5) Property Health Score calculated. Only after all checks pass does the property appear on RES Verified Properties.

Our team researches each property thoroughly — verifying ownership chain (30+ years), encumbrance certificate, RERA status, approved building plan, OC, Khata status, and all regulatory approvals. Then AI scans everything, followed by two independent advocate reviews. The full verification report is available before you add the property to your portfolio.

If our two independent advocates raise different concerns or conclusions, that listing does not go live until the discrepancy is resolved. You only ever see properties where both opinions are aligned and documented.

By default, absolutely not. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data or property documents with builders, brokers, or any third parties without your explicit permission.

However, there is an option inside the Smart Property Assistant tool to voluntarily share your details with builders. If you manually enable this setting, only then will your contact information and relevant property preferences be shared — so builders can serve you better with relevant offers and personalized assistance.

Documents uploaded to the Document Vault or AI Assistant are retained for 180 days after account termination, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing legal@realestatesmartly.com.

Regarding property deletion:
• If you delete a property yourself from the “My Properties” section, the property and all documents related to that property will be permanently deleted.
• For RES Verified Properties, if you delete them from “My Properties”, the property will be delisted from your view, but the property details will not be deleted from our system (as it remains available for other buyers).
