General Policy

At RealEstateSmartly Academy, we strive for transparency in our refund process.

Critical: Refunds are available only if explicitly stated in the course description.

Default: If no refund details are provided, the product or course will be treated as non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Time Limit: 7 days from the purchase date, including the purchase day.
Digital Access Rule: No refunds after accessing course materials, videos, or downloading checklists.
₹99 Launch Offer: Refund request must be made within 48 hours only. After access, it will be treated as final sale.
Technical Issues: Full refund may be considered if the platform remains inaccessible within 24 hours of purchase due to a verified technical issue.

Non-Refundable After:

Course video has been started
Checklists or PDFs have been downloaded
AI Smart Assistant has been used
7 days have elapsed from the date of purchase

Tax Deduction

Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable GST or taxes, wherever required under Indian law.

Full name and email used for purchase
Course or program name
Order ID or Transaction ID
Bank account details, including Account Name, Account Number, and IFSC
Reason for refund request

Processing Timeline

Verification: 2 to 3 business days
Internal Processing: 5 to 7 business days
Bank or Gateway Processing: Additional 7 to 14 days, depending on the payment partner
Total Timeline: Up to 21 business days

Refund Method: Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or via NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS to the registered bank account, depending on operational feasibility.
